What does your score mean?
Score below 45: You worry sometimes but it doesn’t interfere with your daily life.
Scores between 46 and 65: You have some worries and are anxious sometimes but not enough to interfere significantly with your daily life.
Scores above 65: You have lots of worries and these may be affecting your daily life.
