Self-assessment

Penn State Worry

If you answered ‘yes’ to Question 1 you may like to explore how ‘worried’ you feel. The Penn State Worry Questionnaire has 16 questions that ask about your thoughts and feelings, about how much you worry.

Rate each of the following statements on a scale of 1 (‘not at all typical of me’) to 5 (‘very typical of me’). At the end of the questionnaire we will help you to work out your score and guide you from there.

Please complete all questions. To ensure we get you the right results, we need you to complete all questions in the form.
